If you live long enough you will inevitably fall into moments where you feel like you’re in a rut. Stuck in the mud. Even bored or more accurately, unmotivated. Well, what if I were to tell you that you have more than 10,000 opportunities to make a change and re-gain that spark that is uniquely you? Well, you do. Every week you get another 10,000-plus chances to get out of a rut.
There are 7 days in a week comprised of 168 hours which yields a total of 10,080 minutes every week. Each minute of every day, of every week, of every month and every year, you have an opportunity to make a choice that might just change your life. These minutes are always available and as long as the sun keeps rising in the east and setting in the west, you have an endless supply of opportunities.
So here are some ideas as to some of the choices available to you at any time. As you will see, all of these can lead to other choices which when taken, can lead to other choices and so on. There are thousands of moments every week. The exciting part about life is we never know for sure which minor choice might eventually result in changing our life.
